About the role
TL;DR
Lead backend engineering for AI-driven media and content pipelines, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- •The Content Platform team builds shared systems for content creation, management, and delivery across Hinge Health's treatment experiences.
- •This role will provide technical leadership for the next generation of media and AI content pipelines, working across service boundaries to create reliable platform capabilities.
- •Key Responsibilities Deliver large projects introducing new product capabilities.
- •Break down complex problems and resolve incident root causes.
- •Collaborate on ambitious technical strategies, balancing trade-offs.
- •Mentor and support junior engineers.
- •Integrate and leverage AI technologies for automation and feature enhancement.
- •Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field. 10+ years of professional software development experience. 4+ years of experience with at least one programming language. 3+ years of work experience with React JS and Node JS/Typescript.
- •Experience with AI tools like Github Copilot, Cursor, LangChain, LangGraph.
- •Experience delivering large software projects in a production environment.
