- •Abundant is building simulation infrastructure for next-generation AI models.
- •This role is crucial for scaling our platform to support advanced AI development.
- •Key Responsibilities Build, scale, and deploy projects, transitioning between customer-facing products and internal infrastructure.
- •Take over key parts of the core simulation engine, adding features and improving performance.
- •Ensure software scales to 10B+ events and tens of thousands of monthly users.
- •Establish engineering culture as the technical team scales.
- •Requirements Deep understanding of evaluations, RL, and how LLMs and Agents work.
- •Ability to read papers and keep up with SOTA literature.
- •Extreme agency and a founder mentality; resourceful and scrappy.
- •Creative problem solver, designing projects from the ground up.
- •Highly proficient with coding agents such as Codex or Claude Code.
