TL;DR
Leads learning and development strategy and execution for pharmaceutical and healthcare operations.
- •Hims & Hers is seeking a strategic, results-driven Regional Learning Manager (West Region) to lead learning and development across its Dispense & Fulfillment, Compounding, and Diagnostics operations.
- •This role owns a regional portfolio of sites, builds and develops a high-performing learning team, and drives network-wide programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and implement learning strategies aligned to business objectives.
- •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of learning professionals.
- •Ensure all training programs comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
- •Partner with senior leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
- •Oversee the design and delivery of blended learning programs.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- •Active CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification required. 10+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- •Proven experience developing and implementing learning strategies in regulated environments.
- •Demonstrated understanding of FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, and USP standards.
