- •Requirements Qualified lawyer with 12+ years of post-qualification experience.
- •Experience at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house at a leading company.
- •Experience leading managers and manager-led organizations.
- •Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing teams.
- •Experience owning organizational systems, processes, and operating models.
