- •The Contracts Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle management of federal contracts, ensuring adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements and corporate policies.
- •This role serves as a key advisor to executive leadership on contract terms, risk, and regulatory requirements.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts, including proposal support, negotiation, award, administration, and closeout.
- •Ensure compliance with FAR, agency-specific regulations, and contractual terms and conditions.
- •Oversee GSA Schedule maintenance and serve as Contracts Compliance Sponsor.
- •Track and manage Contract Deliverable Requirements Lists (CDRLs), ensuring timely delivery and documentation.
- •Review and assess contract terms and conditions, identify risks, and provide recommendations to leadership.
- •Requirements Strong knowledge of federal contracting principles, including FAR, DFARS, GSA Schedule.
- •Previous negotiation experience on teaming agreements.
- •Demonstrated experience with CDRL tracking and contract deliverable management.
- •Ability to assess proposal responses for contractual compliance prior to submission.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
