About the role
TL;DR
Help solve pressing business and operational issues at Hang.
- •As our first Business Operations & Strategy hire, you will help solve pressing business and operational issues.
- •You will work closely with our CEO and get exposure to every part of our business.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with Hang’s leadership team to identify and solve pressing problems.
- •Manage and drive key operational and strategic initiatives.
- •Partner with every function in the business to drive strategy.
- •Create and maintain the financial model and track key company-level success metrics.
- •Help prepare external presentations (board & investor decks, strategic presentations, etc.) Requirements 2+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank or private equity firm or 4+ years at a high-growth technology company.
- •Capable of producing high-quality slide decks, financial models and analytical memos.
- •Ultimate project manager, able to prioritize and execute on multiple important projects in parallel.
- •Believe the best way to learn something new is by doing it and are eager to expand your skillset.
