- •Greenhouse is seeking an FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, analysis, and business partnership for their Marketing organization.
- •This role will focus on forecasting, budgeting, and providing insights to support scalable growth and the company's pivot to an AI-first strategy.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Marketing organization.
- •Serve as the primary finance advisor to Marketing leadership, optimizing resource allocation and evaluating growth initiatives.
- •Manage the end-to-end Marketing budget, including monthly close support and variance analysis.
- •Develop and maintain financial models to track Marketing spend effectiveness and evaluate investments.
- •Requirements 7+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- •Significant experience in a business partnering role, ideally supporting Marketing leadership.
- •Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to connect marketing metrics to budget decisions.
- •Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
