- •HighLevel is seeking an IT Compliance Manager with deep SOX expertise to drive its IT compliance program.
- •This role involves control design, testing, and remediation across financial reporting systems.
- •Key Responsibilities Assist in driving the IT Compliance program and strategy, including scoping, risk assessment, and testing for SOX ITGC and ITAC programs.
- •Conduct control design assessments and periodic control effectiveness testing, reporting results to leadership.
- •Oversee ITGC operations and own the ITAC portfolio, identifying, documenting, and supporting testing of key controls.
- •Serve as the hands-on lead for internal and external IT audits and SOX reviews.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT, Accounting, MIS, or Finance. 7-10 years of experience in IT audit, internal controls, or technology risk management.
- •Deep, hands-on expertise in SOX 404 ITGCs and ITACs.
- •Strong command of internal control frameworks (COSO, COBIT) and risk assessment methodologies.
- •Working knowledge of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and modern SaaS architectures.
