  • Coastal Community Bank is seeking a Sr.
  • Risk & Control Analyst to lead and support the oversight of Fintech Partner audits within their Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) program.
  • This role involves risk assessments, audit scheduling, and collaboration with internal teams, partners, and external auditors to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Key Responsibilities Lead and support the oversight of Fintech Partner audits for the BaaS program.
  • Develop and maintain risk assessments and audit schedules for BaaS partners.
  • Facilitate partner audits with external audit firms, Fintech Partners, and Internal Audit.
  • Review audit findings and remediation plans to ensure timely and appropriate risk mitigation.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Requirements Knowledge and understanding of FinTech with a strong technical background.
  • Strong analytical skills to review audit programs and reports.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent related experience with 5+ years relevant bank Internal Audit and/or IT Risk and Controls experience.
