- •Risk & Control Analyst to lead and support the oversight of Fintech Partner audits within their Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) program.
- •This role involves risk assessments, audit scheduling, and collaboration with internal teams, partners, and external auditors to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and support the oversight of Fintech Partner audits for the BaaS program.
- •Develop and maintain risk assessments and audit schedules for BaaS partners.
- •Facilitate partner audits with external audit firms, Fintech Partners, and Internal Audit.
- •Review audit findings and remediation plans to ensure timely and appropriate risk mitigation.
- •Maintain knowledge of relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- •Requirements Knowledge and understanding of FinTech with a strong technical background.
- •Strong analytical skills to review audit programs and reports.
- •Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- •Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent related experience with 5+ years relevant bank Internal Audit and/or IT Risk and Controls experience.
