Paralegal supporting capital markets transactions and legal operations for a sustainable solutions technology company.
- •GoodLeap is seeking a Paralegal to join their Capital Markets Legal team.
- •This role will support complex financing transactions and ongoing legal operations, playing a vital part in GoodLeap's mission to facilitate sustainable home solutions.
- •You will collaborate with attorneys and business partners to ensure seamless execution of Capital Market transactions and compliance.
- •Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys in preparing, reviewing, and organizing documentation for structured finance transactions.
- •Draft corporate governance documents for GoodLeap entities and support ongoing compliance.
- •Develop, update, and manage trackers for transaction terms, reporting obligations, and covenants.
- •Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of the Capital Markets Legal function.
- •Partner with Finance, Treasury, Operations, and Compliance teams for legal support.
- •Requirements Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or 4 years in-house with a corporate focus, preferably in capital markets or structured finance.
- •Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal certification preferred.
- •Working knowledge of capital markets and corporate governance processes.
- •Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- •Proficiency with project and knowledge management technology tools, including leveraging AI tools.
