TL;DR
Manage governance and company secretarial support for the Superannuation Trustee Board and Committees.
- •Netwealth is seeking a Governance Manager to provide dedicated governance and company secretarial support to the Netwealth Superannuation Trustee Board and its Committees.
- •This role will be the day-to-day contact for board and committee matters, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of meetings, papers, and processes.
- •Key Responsibilities Co-ordinate end-to-end arrangements for Trustee Board and Committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda planning, and preparing board packs.
- •Prepare accurate minutes, resolutions, and action lists, upholding strong governance standards.
- •Manage the Trustee's calendar of meetings and liaise with Directors and management.
- •Support annual governance processes including Fit & Proper reviews, Board surveys, and regulatory reporting.
- •Maintain key governance registers and contribute to Trustee policies and documentation.
- •Requirements At least 5 years of experience in company secretarial work, governance support, or a related role.
- •Experience in superannuation, financial services, or APRA regulated environments is essential.
- •Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks, board processes, and company secretarial practices.
- •Familiarity with board portals (ideally Diligent Boards).
- •Tertiary qualifications in law, business, governance or similar; Governance Institute accreditation is highly desirable.
