TL;DR

Manage governance and company secretarial support for the Superannuation Trustee Board and Committees.

  • Netwealth is seeking a Governance Manager to provide dedicated governance and company secretarial support to the Netwealth Superannuation Trustee Board and its Committees.
  • This role will be the day-to-day contact for board and committee matters, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of meetings, papers, and processes.
  • Key Responsibilities Co-ordinate end-to-end arrangements for Trustee Board and Committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda planning, and preparing board packs.
  • Prepare accurate minutes, resolutions, and action lists, upholding strong governance standards.
  • Manage the Trustee's calendar of meetings and liaise with Directors and management.
  • Support annual governance processes including Fit & Proper reviews, Board surveys, and regulatory reporting.
  • Maintain key governance registers and contribute to Trustee policies and documentation.
  • Requirements At least 5 years of experience in company secretarial work, governance support, or a related role.
  • Experience in superannuation, financial services, or APRA regulated environments is essential.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks, board processes, and company secretarial practices.
  • Familiarity with board portals (ideally Diligent Boards).
  • Tertiary qualifications in law, business, governance or similar; Governance Institute accreditation is highly desirable.
