About the role
TL;DR
Trusted advisor guiding customers on GitLab's DevSecOps platform for digital transformation.
- •As a Solutions Architect in GitLab's Southern Europe team with a focus on France, you will be a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, guiding them on how GitLab's DevSecOps platform addresses their technical and business needs.
- •You will drive digital transformation journeys, leveraging your technical expertise, cloud knowledge, and customer empathy.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation of GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform.
- •Drive technical evaluation processes including solution design, POC/POV ownership, and workshop design.
- •Collaborate with Account Executives to shape and execute account strategies for customer acquisition and expansion.
- •Advise customers on modern software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices.
- •Serve as the voice of the customer to Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
- •Requirements 4+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar customer-facing roles.
- •Proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle and DevSecOps practices.
- •Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable platforms and cloud computing concepts.
- •Ability to lead technical evaluations, design workshops, and contribute to tenders.
- •Excellent technical communication and presentation skills, with fluency in French and English.
