Build and own Geordie's AI-native security program from the ground up.
- •Geordie is seeking a Head of Security to build and own the security program that enables rapid growth without compromising trust.
- •This role combines modern security engineering, thoughtful governance, and AI-first operations to ensure customer, employee, and partner confidence.
- •Key Responsibilities Own product security for the Geordie platform, embedding secure-by-design principles throughout the SDLC.
- •Develop and own the company's security roadmap, risk management approach, and overall security governance.
- •Build an AI-native security program leveraging automation to enhance security leverage and efficiency.
- •Act as Customer Zero, owning Geordie's product implementation to showcase effective agent security and governance.
- •Requirements Experience scaling security at a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company.
- •Strong hands-on background in cloud security, application security, and security engineering.
- •Experience maintaining security programs aligned with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 frameworks.
- •Curiosity about AI and excitement for building an AI-native security program.
