- •Develop and implement agentic AI solutions for voice and SMS patient interactions in a regulated environment.
- •Design and build deep EHR integrations, focusing on accuracy and compliance.
- •Develop target-state architecture for platform scaling and lead migration efforts.
- •Contribute to AI engineering, including model selection, context management, and evaluation.
- •Requirements Deep, hands-on engineering experience with a proven track record of building complex systems.
- •Experience operating at Staff+ level with significant architectural decision-making impact.
- •Hands-on fluency with applied AI, including building LLMs in production.
- •High agency and ability to identify and solve high-leverage problems independently.
