Staff Software Engineer to own complex feature delivery and drive technical architecture.
- •OneTrust is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their agile Product Engineering team.
- •This role involves owning the delivery of complex features end-to-end and serving as a go-to technical resource.
- •Key Responsibilities Independently own delivery of complex features or components from design through production.
- •Drive system architecture and component-design discussions.
- •Partner closely with Product, UX, and other engineers to shape solutions.
- •Conduct peer code reviews and help set the quality bar for the team.
- •Support the ramp-up and growth of Associate and Software Engineers on the team.
- •Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 8+ years of professional software engineering experience on Core Java, Spring, Spring boot, hibernate, microservices and Kafka messaging.
- •Demonstrated experience owning complex features end-to-end in either frontend or backend systems.
- •Familiarity with a public cloud provider (Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS).
- •Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools in a professional setting.
