- •Key Responsibilities Design and improve a best-in-class onboarding experience.
- •Build and scale recognition and milestone programs.
- •Architect high-quality offsites, events, and social programs.
- •Define and operationalize hybrid work strategies.
- •Oversee office operations and manage the Office Manager.
- •Requirements Experience leading Employee Experience and Facilities functions.
- •Ability to manage strategic and operational workstreams simultaneously.
- •Propensity to think in terms of systems and design for scale.
- •Strong analytical and technical abilities, including proficiency in Google Sheets and Claude Code.
- •Proven ability to build and lead a high-impact team.
