Build and lead the supply chain function for a modern robotics manufacturing company.
- •Build the procurement and supply chain function from scratch in a modern factory.
- •Key Responsibilities Define procurement and supply chain strategy, processes, and KPIs Run sourcing and supplier management across commodities Deploy AI to optimize sourcing, forecasting, and supplier risk monitoring Partner with engineering to ensure supply, cost, and manufacturability are designed in Hire, train, and lead the supply chain team Requirements 10+ years in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or supplier engineering Experience leading people and building or scaling a function in a high-bar hardware environment Technical fluency in manufacturing processes and ERP/MRP systems Fluency with AI and its application in supply chain management
