- •Lead the site procurement strategy for the US data center portfolio.
- •Key Responsibilities Sourcing and evaluating powered land for large-scale development.
- •Conducting site due diligence and understanding permitting requirements.
- •Maintaining relationships with brokers, landowners, and developers.
- •Working directly with DC Design and Finance teams.
- •Partnering with landowners and developers for commercial negotiations.
- •Requirements Experience in real estate with a focus on data centers or large industrial projects.
- •Ability to assess land viability for data center development.
- •Strong ownership, customer-centric mindset, and proactive problem-solving.
- •Ability to align stakeholders across diverse teams.
- •Willingness to travel 20%+ as projects require.
