- •Own employee relations across the company, including investigations, conflict resolution, and policy questions.
- •Key Responsibilities Run investigations end to end with documentation that stands up to legal review.
- •Coach managers through performance and conduct issues before they escalate.
- •Track ER patterns and fix the root cause, whether it is a policy, a manager, or a process.
- •Requirements Experience in employee relations at a growing company.
- •Ability to run investigations solo.
- •Documentation that has survived legal scrutiny.
