Serve as the people partner for the Manufacturing org as it scales.
- •Serve as the people partner for the Manufacturing org as it scales from startup crew to full production workforce.
- •Key Responsibilities Coach managers, many of them first-time, on hiring, performance, and hard conversations on a factory timeline.
- •Own employee relations on the ground: investigate, resolve, and document with judgment and speed.
- •Build the people rhythms for an hourly and salaried workforce: onboarding, reviews, engagement, and offboarding.
- •Requirements You've been the HR partner for a manufacturing, industrial, or field workforce, on-site and in the mix.
- •You've coached first-time managers into good ones.
- •You've run sensitive ER cases end to end and your investigations held up.
