- •We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated and driven Senior Airport Partnership Manager to define, build and scale airport partnerships across North America.
- •In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for airport authorities, regulators and commercial partners.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive the development and expansion of airport partnerships across North America.
- •Lead airport tenders end-to-end, including stakeholder engagement, commercial structuring, negotiation and contract finalization.
- •Drive airport capability building, working cross-functionally to define requirements, contribute to business cases and support implementation.
- •Prepare strategic recommendations and decision materials for airport expansions.
- •Requirements 5+ years of proven track record in business development, key account management or partnership management, ideally in aviation, mobility, infrastructure or regulated industries.
- •Strong experience in stakeholder management and commercial negotiations, with the ability to influence senior external partners such as airport authorities.
- •Experience working in international and cross-functional environments, ideally with exposure to the North American market.
- •Strong analytical and structuring skills with an evidence-based way of working, able to navigate ambiguous and complex topics with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- •Hands-on value delivery mindset with excellent time and priority management, driving milestones, removing blockers and owning outcomes in a fast-paced agile environment.
