- •Key Responsibilities Launch new strategic partnerships aligned with Flex’s growth objectives Manage and expand relationships with Flex’s largest strategic partners Own day-to-day partner operations, ensuring smooth execution and communications Develop and implement processes and frameworks to manage partnerships efficiently Requirements 6-8+ years of relevant experience in FinTech/SaaS business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, investment banking, or top-tier strategy consulting roles Demonstrated success launching and scaling strategic partnerships or managing high-value strategic client relationships Strong analytical capabilities, with experience leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Experience leveraging AI tools to improve account planning, customer communications, and portfolio management at scale
