About the role
TL;DR
Manage a team of Customer Solutions Architects to drive customer value, expansion, and retention.
- •Fivetran + dbt Labs is seeking a Manager to lead and grow its Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) function in EMEA.
- •This role focuses on driving expansion and retention for key customers by ensuring they realize increasing value from Fivetran + dbt Labs' offerings.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Senior and Lead Customer Solutions Architects across NEMEA, DACH, and France/Benelux, ensuring high-quality post-sales technical ownership.
- •Own accountability for expansion and retention outcomes, measured on Incremental ARR, Net Revenue Retention, and Gross Revenue Retention.
- •Develop and mature the CSA function, formalizing methodology and reinforcing operational discipline.
- •Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering leadership to align the CSA motion with regional GTM priorities.
- •Enable team development and growth through coaching and managing career development plans.
- •Requirements Leadership experience in post-sales technical roles (Customer Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, Delivery Solutions Architecture, or equivalent).
- •Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to tie post-sales technical engagement directly to measurable business outcomes.
- •Technical familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery), data integration technologies, and modern data stack tooling (including dbt).
- •Experience managing senior, tenured technical ICs.
- •Stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior cross-functional peers and customer stakeholders.
