HR Coordinator for a manufacturing mill, supporting employees and HR processes.
- •The Lumber Manufactory is seeking a Site HR Coordinator to be the on-the-ground HR presence for their New Albany, Mississippi mill.
- •This role will be the day-to-day point of contact for production and mill employees, supporting onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees at the New Albany mill.
- •Support full-cycle onboarding and offboarding, including new hire paperwork and orientation.
- •Administer performance review cycles and disciplinary processes.
- •Support day-to-day employee relations and answer employee questions.
- •Assist with local recruiting efforts for production and mill roles.
- •Requirements Experience working within a manufacturing, production, or manufactory environment.
- •Hands-on and approachable with a track record of building trust with frontline employees.
- •Independent and resourceful, comfortable operating as the sole HR presence onsite.
- •Bilingual in English and Spanish, and comfortable translating materials.
