Lead Fam's people and culture function to build high-performing teams and shape employee experience.
- •As our People & Culture Head, you'll partner with leaders to build high-performing teams, shape an exceptional employee experience, and create the people practices that help Fam scale.
- •Key Responsibilities Build the best functioning teams, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles Work closely with business leaders to anticipate organizational needs, identify talent risks, and build people strategies that enable the next stage of growth Drive talent decisions beyond hiring by leveraging deep experience in Tech, Product, and Design hiring Requirements Hiring: Hands-on experience building high-functioning tech, product, design, and non-tech teams HRBP Experience: Partnered with leadership on org structure, retention strategies, and comp planning while embedding company culture into hiring and performance decisions
