About the role
TL;DR
Manage technical aspects of US customer lifecycle, from setup to support.
- •As the Founding Technical Account Manager (US), you will be the primary technical owner for Voize's first US customers, managing their entire lifecycle from implementation to ongoing support and improvement.
- •This is a foundational role where you'll act as a technical jack-of-all-trades, solving immediate issues while building the processes and documentation for future US technical operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Own technical planning, setup, and go-live for new US customers.
- •Manage inbound customer and technical support for the US market, triaging and resolving issues.
- •Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues across various systems and integrations.
- •Develop the US technical playbook, including documentation and escalation paths.
- •Serve as the technical voice of the US customer, feeding back insights to Product & Engineering.
- •Requirements Several years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, technical account management, or implementation, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- •Hands-on technical troubleshooting skills with logs, APIs, integrations, and networking fundamentals.
- •Ability to thrive with high ownership and low structure, building processes and documentation independently.
- •Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and provide detailed reports to engineering.
- •Ability to manage multiple customers and cases, staying structured under pressure.
