- •We're looking for a Solution Architect to guide customers from technical discovery through successful implementation.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead discovery sessions and communicate solution architectures to prospects.
- •Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, requirements, integration needs, and success criteria.
- •Configure platform settings to align the solution with customer requirements.
- •Create technical collateral, architecture diagrams, integration and deployment guides, and roll-out plans.
- •Serve as a trusted technical advisor during the sales motion and subsequent roll-outs.
- •Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and GTM to align on customer feedback and refine solution patterns.
- •Stay current on cloud, AI/ML, search, and DevOps trends.
- •Requirements 7-10 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, or a senior customer-facing technical role.
- •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- •Strong foundational knowledge of enterprise software architectures, databases, modern deployment environments, and enterprise integration patterns.
- •Exceptional ability to explain complex, highly technical concepts to various audiences.
- •Proven track record of leading customer-facing technical projects.
