About the role
TL;DR
Senior People Technology Analyst to implement and expand Workday functionality for HR programs.
- •As a key member of the People Technology & Operations team, you will be instrumental in the continued expansion and deployment of Workday functionality.
- •You will partner with Samsara's key stakeholders to implement streamlined operations processes and optimal technology solutions for our People Team programs.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the Absence Management Workday configuration.
- •Partner with HR, Payroll, and other internal teams to incorporate requirements into Workday.
- •Build and modify custom reports for standard optimization.
- •Triage and configure Workday enhancements or fixes for HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Timecards, Absence/Leaves, Payroll, and reporting.
- •Build and maintain organizational hierarchies, custom objects, and custom security roles.
- •Requirements 5+ years of professional experience, 2+ years experience in Workday Absence configuration.
- •Experience in Workday business process configuration, security, and organization configuration.
- •Experience in Workday HCM, Benefits, and Core HCM modules.
- •Strong understanding of leave and absence management processes.
- •Ability to prioritize workload and deliver enhancements or fixes on time without supervision.
