- •Exowatt is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support their engineering and operations teams.
- •This 6-month contract role will focus on shaping and executing people strategies to enable scale, strengthen leadership, and drive high performance.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic advisor to leaders on organizational design, performance management, and employee relations.
- •Drive end-to-end performance and talent review cycles, coaching managers on team development.
- •Partner with leaders to design scalable organizational structures and optimize team health.
- •Provide coaching and influence to enhance leadership effectiveness and reinforce cultural principles.
- •Collaborate on compensation strategy, benchmarking, and guiding compensation decisions.
- •Requirements 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner in high-growth environments.
- •Proven ability to translate business priorities into people strategies and influence through credibility.
- •Data-driven approach to decision-making and program design.
- •Strong coaching and advisory skills, balancing candor and empathy.
- •Solid understanding of organizational design, performance management, and employee relations.
