About the role
TL;DR
HRBP to partner with leaders on people strategies, talent development, and employee engagement.
- •As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, helping drive business success through people strategies.
- •You will partner closely with managers to navigate organizational growth, develop talent, strengthen employee engagement, and lead through change.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner directly with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals and drive business performance.
- •Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders on employee relations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and change leadership.
- •Analyze workforce trends and people metrics to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and develop proactive solutions.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including direct partnership with business leaders.
- •Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
