- •CSC Generation is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for engineering, marketing, finance, and other professional roles, with a focus on building talent presence in Canada.
- •You will establish sourcing pipelines, build relationships with hiring managers, and drive improvements in recruiting metrics.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define recruitment strategies.
- •Own full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, and evaluate qualified applicants.
- •Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
- •Use data-driven approaches to track and report on key recruiting metrics.
- •Lead efforts to establish and grow CSC Generation's recruiting presence in Canada.
- •Requirements Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or technology.
- •Demonstrated ability to source and evaluate engineering, finance, and creative talent across North America.
- •Strong understanding of the candidate marketplace in both the US and Canada.
- •Experience using data and reporting to drive recruiting decisions.
- •Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities.
