- •Exa is seeking a Head of People to build and scale its people function during a pivotal growth stage.
- •This role will partner with founders and the Chief of Staff to shape organizational strategy, attract talent, and create an exceptional employee experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a people strategy aligned with Exa's mission and business objectives.
- •Lead and scale the People function across talent acquisition, employee experience, performance management, and more.
- •Advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
- •Build and improve people systems, policies, and programs to enable employee success.
- •Drive employee engagement initiatives and strengthen Exa's culture.
- •Requirements 10+ years of progressive experience in People, Talent, or HR functions.
- •Experience leading People teams in a high-growth technology company; startup experience is required.
- •Demonstrated success in building and scaling people programs and organizational infrastructure.
- •Strong understanding of recruiting, compensation, benefits, talent management, and employee relations.
- •Proven ability to influence and advise executive leadership.
