About the role
TL;DR
Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring operational readiness and driver support.
- •As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are reliable, safe, and ready for use at all times.
- •You will coordinate key vehicle processes and be the central point of contact for our drivers.
- •Key Responsibilities Responsibility for the availability, scheduling, and condition of our vehicle fleet.
- •Organization and tracking of maintenance, repairs, and technical inspections (e.g., TÜV).
- •Management and updating of all important vehicle documents.
- •Organization of the key and tracking system.
- •Support drivers with vehicle assignments, problems, and questions.
- •Further development and optimization of existing fleet processes.
- •Requirements Residency in Berlin and a valid driver's license class B.
- •Good German and English skills.
- •Independent, structured, and responsible work style.
- •Strong team player, self-confident, and stress-resistant.
- •Proactive and able to question and optimize existing processes.
- •Experience in fleet management is an advantage
