Owns the reliability and accuracy of critical payment flows, resolving issues and ensuring data integrity.
- •As a Payments Analyst, you will own the reliability and accuracy of critical payment flows, processing hundreds of billions of dollars annually.
- •You will work at the intersection of engineering, finance, and operations to resolve payment failures and ensure data integrity.
- •Key Responsibilities Own reconciliation and payments-related investigations, resolving discrepancies with banking partners.
- •Monitor payment performance, triage alerts, diagnose root causes, and communicate findings.
- •Serve as an escalation point for complex support inquiries, providing fast resolutions.
- •Interface directly with global financial partners to manage operational incidents.
- •Validate the accuracy of financial data through rigorous analysis.
- •Requirements 3-7 years of experience in technical operations, payments operations, or financial technology.
- •Advanced SQL proficiency for investigation and root cause analysis.
- •Deep understanding of end-to-end payment flows.
- •Experience investigating and resolving high-severity operational incidents.
- •Strong experience working with large-scale financial datasets.
