Lead market entry and team building for ElevenLabs' voice AI technology in India.
- •As a Deployment Strategist Lead, you will be responsible for opening up a new market for ElevenLabs in India and building a team to achieve this.
- •You will operate as a co-founder, working with an experienced sales leader to deploy voice AI technology to strategic customers.
- •Key Responsibilities Meet with strategic customers to understand their critical audio and voice AI needs and pain points.
- •Build and lead a team of forward-deployed engineers within the region.
- •Identify relevant use cases and implement voice and audio AI technology into innovative solutions.
- •Design and architect bespoke integrations for customers.
- •Guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models.
- •Requirements Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
- •Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams.
- •Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration.
- •Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- •Technical aptitude to quickly understand voice and audio AI models and their applications.
