- •Gusto is seeking a full-stack software engineer to join the Benefits Renewals team.
- •This role will focus on building and iterating on workflows that guide customers through the annual benefits renewal process, ensuring compliance and optimal coverage.
- •Key Responsibilities Design, build, and test products for the Benefits Renewals team, improving user experience and automating complex processes.
- •Mentor other engineers on complex technical challenges at scale.
