- •Talent Acquisition Partner at vCluster Labs, you will be the architect of the company's international hiring presence, owning recruiting across a broad mix of functions and partnering directly with leaders to shape global hiring practices.
- •Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle generalist recruiting across Engineering, Product, Go to Market, and corporate roles globally.
- •Serve as the first EMEA-based recruiter, building hiring practices and candidate networks in the region.
- •Proactively source and engage passive talent across technical and business networks.
- •Champion structured interview processes and maintain data integrity within the ATS.
- •Drive an exceptional candidate experience through transparent and timely communication.
- •Requirements 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech startup, spanning multiple functions.
- •Comfortable hiring for both technical and go-to-market roles.
- •Based in Germany and ready to be the first hire on the ground in Europe.
- •A builder mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguity and refining processes.
- •A data-centric approach to track pipeline health and inform decisions.
