About the role
TL;DR
Lead enterprise sales team in the Western Region, driving revenue growth and customer relationships.
- •Lead a high-performing team of Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives responsible for driving revenue growth across the Western Region.
- •Define and execute regional sales strategy, develop exceptional sales talent, build executive customer relationships, and create a culture of accountability, coaching, and operational excellence.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives.
- •Own regional bookings performance by delivering predictable revenue and maintaining healthy pipeline coverage.
- •Develop and execute regional territory strategies to maximize new customer acquisition and account growth.
- •Build trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, security leaders, and executive stakeholders.
- •Drive operational excellence through disciplined pipeline inspection and forecast management.
- •Requirements 10+ years of enterprise cybersecurity or enterprise software sales experience.
- •Proven track record of leading teams that exceed revenue targets.
- •Experience selling into Fortune 1000 organizations.
- •Strong understanding of modern cybersecurity technologies.
- •Excellent communication, coaching, negotiation, and presentation skills.
