About the role
TL;DR
Recruiters build teams and drive the recruitment process for operational and warehouse roles.
- •We are looking for an independent Recruiter to join our People & Culture team.
- •You will build great teams and bring the right drive to recruitment.
- •Key Responsibilities Full cycle recruitment for operational and warehouse roles, as well as other interesting positions.
- •Act as an equal advisor to Hiring Managers, guiding them through the entire process.
- •Create a human and professional recruitment experience to build the Rohlík brand.
- •Bring your own ideas to optimize recruitment processes and tools.
- •Requirements Experience in recruitment, ideally in a dynamic logistics/operations environment.
- •Proficiency in modern sourcing methods and ATS systems.
- •Ability to assess not only expertise but also soft skills and cultural fit.
- •Proactive, organized, able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and see tasks through to completion.
- •Active English communication skills for team and company-wide interaction.
