About the role
TL;DR
Build and scale the acquisition engine for online resellers and physical shops.
- •You'll join our GTM Acquisition team as our first GTM Engineer, reporting to our GTM lead.
- •Your job is to build and scale the infrastructure we use to acquire customers.
- •Key Responsibilities Build the acquisition engine: design and ship the end-to-end system that sources, enriches, qualifies, and contacts prospects.
- •Automate sourcing and enrichment: build scrapers and enrichment pipelines across eBay, Depop, Vinted, Whatnot, and Instagram.
- •Engineer outreach at scale: build multi-channel sequences that are personalised systematically by AI.
- •Own the funnel: model and instrument every stage from sourced to booked.
- •Design for two very different channels: online resellers and physical shops.
- •Build agents, not processes: wherever a workflow repeats, turn it into something an agent can run.
- •Scale without quality dropping: take the engine from 50 prospects to Requirements Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to building infrastructure.
- •Experience with AI/automation and sales engineering.
- •Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS.
- •Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- •Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Postman.
