- •The Senior Lettings Manager will lead branch performance, focusing on people, portfolio growth, customer service, and commercial results, while driving the adoption of new ways of working.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage, coach, and develop property and lettings team members.
- •Own the local delivery of group and regional initiatives and bring the team along.
- •Own the landlord retention plan and churn prevention through proactive relationship management.
- •Own the full P&L of your branch, with full accountability for local budgeting and budget execution.
- •Coordinate all local operations and ensure alignment with central service functions.
- •Requirements People management experience (hiring, coaching, performance management).
- •Change and integration experience, leading teams through transition.
- •Relationship management and retention skills with a track record of growing a landlord base.
- •Full understanding of the lettings cycle, with strong sales skills and commercial acumen.
- •P&L literacy, budgeting and cost control.
