About the role
TL;DR
Senior Director, People to design and scale HR systems and processes.
- •You will design and implement the people systems and processes critical for Doxel's growth, focusing on leveling, compensation, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
- •You will leverage modern, AI-forward tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize the talent engine, ensuring hiring velocity, interview quality, and a strong candidate experience.
- •Own and evolve the career pathing framework and manage performance, merit, and promotion cycles.
- •Manage the HRIS (Rippling), including job architecture, workflows, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- •Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and coach managers on difficult situations.
- •Oversee benefits strategy, total rewards, and payroll operations, including immigration support.
- •Requirements 10+ years of blended recruiting and HR experience, with at least 2 years in an Enterprise SaaS environment.
- •Experience at a growth-stage company (50-300 headcount).
- •Comfort evaluating and integrating AI-powered tools into People workflows.
- •Proven ability to build or significantly improve hiring infrastructure with measurable KPIs.
- •Hands-on experience owning an HRIS (Rippling or comparable) and managing employee relations directly.
