Lead HR Generalist for the AMER region, driving HR initiatives and operations.
- •Canonical is seeking a Lead HR Generalist for the AMER region to shape and create a future-ready HR function.
- •This senior role will drive regional and global HR initiatives, providing compliant and scalable HR operations and partnering with leadership.
- •Key Responsibilities Deliver precise and compliant HR operations.
- •Manage HR processes like talent development, performance assessments, and onboarding.
- •Partner with managers on performance management, employee engagement, and rewards.
- •Coach and advise people managers on employee relations issues across multiple countries.
- •Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- •Requirements HR experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business.
- •Regional HR experience within Latin America (Brazil and/or Mexico is a plus).
- •Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders.
- •Hands-on involvement in daily HR routines.
- •Experience mentoring and developing others.
