TL;DR
Lead education and training initiatives to drive adoption of Epic's tools in educational markets.
- •As Director of Education & Training, you will lead a passionate team focused on engaging educators and students to foster learning and adoption of Epic's tools.
- •You will set the strategy for growing adoption in educational markets and providing relevant learning content.
- •Key Responsibilities Accelerate adoption in target markets via institutional partnerships and curriculum support.
- •Oversee tool-specific bootcamps focused on career tracks and industry showcases.
- •Drive a Train-the-Trainer program to scale technical instruction globally.
- •Establish and track metrics to gauge program and content effectiveness.
- •Requirements 10+ years in Education, Training, or a related field, with an emphasis on technology and learning platforms.
- •Experience leading high-performing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
- •A track record of setting effective strategy and leading successful programs that deliver measurable results.
