- •Docker is seeking a highly consultative Principal Solutions Architect to support its most important customers.
- •This role is critical for driving measurable business and technical value through high-priority customer technical leadership and Docker field technical leadership.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead technical engagements with top customers to accelerate their container and AI journeys.
- •Develop and manage engagement plans for existing and new Docker offerings.
- •Oversee rapid prototyping engagements with engineering and customer teams.
- •Deliver high-impact enablement and best practices content to diverse customer audiences.
- •Act as a thought leader for a specific area of responsibility, gathering field feedback and influencing product roadmaps.
- •Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solution Architect in enterprise environments.
- •Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
- •Experience managing customer relationships at technical and business levels.
- •Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers, DevOps, and modern application architectures.
- •Experience with Docker, container ecosystems, or adjacent technologies is strongly preferred.
