Lead talent acquisition for AI-native roles at Distyl.
- •As Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead the team responsible for bringing AI-native talent to Distyl during rapid growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and grow the talent acquisition team.
- •Design and run the sourcing strategy and employer brand.
- •Ensure fairness and equity in the recruiting process.
- •Strengthen interview rigor and set team outcomes.
- •Partner on headcount strategy and lead international hiring.
- •Requirements 8+ years of building talent programs and leading recruiting teams.
- •Fluency with AI tools and their application in talent acquisition.
- •Experience with ATS and AI tools in sourcing and evaluation.
- •Comfortable with senior and specialized hiring.
- •Experience hiring across borders and understanding of global hiring practices.
