- •Develop, document, and scale People policies, processes, and playbooks.
- •Serve as a trusted resource on HR policies and employee matters.
- •Partner with managers on performance, promotions, and terminations.
- •Requirements 5+ years of progressive HR, People Operations, or related experience, ideally in a high-growth startup.
- •Proven experience as an HR generalist across multiple areas of the employee lifecycle.
- •Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment compliance.
- •Experience building or significantly improving People programs and policies.
