- •Toast is seeking a Principal People Success Partner (HRBP) to serve as the strategic HR partner for Toast's G&A (Finance, Legal & Compliance, People & Places) functions.
- •You will report directly to the PSP Director and operate as a thought partner to senior leaders, shaping how the company builds, develops, and sustains its product and technology organization.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with G&A leaders to design and evolve scalable organizational structures and advise during reorgs.
- •Lead end-to-end organizational design initiatives, from diagnosis to implementation.
- •Drive consistent performance calibrations and champion a culture of clear expectations and candid feedback.
- •Utilize engagement data and qualitative signals to identify org health risks and partner on action planning.
- •Requirements 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
- •Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, leading restructuring initiatives.
- •Experience as a trusted partner to VP and SVP level leaders, with strong influencing and coaching abilities.
- •Strong analytical skills, comfortable using AI tools and employee data to shape recommendations.
