- •Adyen is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join their Global Talent Acquisition team and drive the growth of their North American teams, specifically in San Francisco.

- •Key Responsibilities Perform full-cycle recruiting from intake meetings to offer negotiation.
- •Collaborate with teams to define hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies for Tech and Product teams.
- •Proactively source and engage top talent through creative techniques and build strong candidate relationships.
- •Foster an inclusive hiring process and make data-driven hiring decisions.
- •Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience in Technical Recruitment, with expertise in hiring for Engineering, Product, Design, and/or Data roles preferred.
- •Deep understanding of the tech landscape and candidate market; Fintech/Payments experience and knowledge of the SF market is a plus.
- •Ability to utilize analytics to inform hiring strategies and improve recruitment outcomes.
- •Highly self-motivated with the ability to define structure and prioritize tasks effectively.
