About the role
TL;DR
Manage technical integrations for restaurant and grocery partners, driving projects to successful completion.
- •This role sits within the Express Integrations Team, responsible for building the best food delivery platform for restaurant and grocery partners.
- •You will manage integration efforts and relationships across multiple parties to ensure project visibility and drive successful completion.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage pre-kickoff preparations, project kickoffs, and project plans.
- •Own the end-to-end technical integration of partners, from integration through to go-live.
- •Manage projects throughout their lifecycle, including rollout plans, issue tracking, and progress communication.
- •Advocate for stakeholders and manage communication and changes during product rollout.
- •Identify areas for improvement and execute required changes across teams.
- •Requirements 5+ years of relevant experience in Technical Integrations Management or similar roles.
- •Technical understanding and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- •Understanding of API integration projects lifecycle.
- •Ability to manage technical configuration of SaaS-like solutions.
- •Experience working with product and engineering teams.
